John Rossi established Rossi Pasta with a mission to have everyone enjoy great Italian-style pasta. He handcrafted each batch of pasta with a single hand-crank pasta machine. Over three decades later, we still harvest and hang each batch of pasta by hand and still believe that everyone should experience fine Italian cuisine.

We call Rossi Pasta “gourmet casual” because the special flour we use allows our pastas to cook in just 1-5 minutes. Our quick and easy pastas, sauces, lasagnas, pizza dough and bread dough mixes are a long-time favorite of home and restaurant chefs.
