1 package of Rossi Pasta Asian Noodle Linguini-cooked
2 ounce snow peas
2 ounce shredded carrots
1/4 head, Bok Choy, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup, sliced shiitake mushrooms
salt
white pepper
toasted sesame seeds
Asian Vinaigrette
3 Tbsp. canola oil
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. dried chili flakes
1. Add vinegar, soy, sugar, chili flakes and cilantro into mixing bowl.
2. Slowly whisk in oils while constantly stirring to emulsify.
3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
*Makes a great marinade for chicken, salmon or beef.
