Asian Lemon Pepper Fettuccini
Ingredients:
1 package of Rossi Pasta Lemon Pepper Fettuccini
1/4 cup kame rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons eden tamari
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon kame hot chili sauce
2 teaspoon ginger, peeled & minced or 2 teaspoons kame sliced ginger, minced
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 teaspoons eden sesame oil
fresh squeezed lemon
1 teaspoon lemon zest for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and set aside.
2. Cook pasta al dente per package instructions, drain and toss with sesame oil. Add the reserved sauce mixture, toss gently, and add lemon juice to taste.
3. Toss again, garnish with lemon zest. Chill at least 1 hour and serve.
