1.25mm wide. Cooks in about 90 seconds, and literally melts in your mouth with flavor and tenderness. Does not have the toothiness or heavy quality of commercial semolina-based Angel Hair. Item #101. One 12 oz. package.

Recommended Accompaniments:
Drowns easily in a heavy sauce. Keep it light! Works well with pestos, vinaigrettes, light Alfredos, and gentle tomato sauces like our Classic Marinara. Too fragile for pasta salads or casseroles, it performs beautifully in soups.
