1 package of Rossi Pasta (your choice of flavor)
8 links of good quality Italian sausage, thinly sliced
2 bell peppers, cut into strips
2 large portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup red wine
2 ½ cups marinara
Suggested Pasta Flavors: Italian Spice Linguini, Saffron Linguini, Tagliarini, Classic Linguini, or Classic Fettuccini
1. In large sauté pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add sausage, peppers, onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat.
2. Add red wine and simmer for 3 minutes. Add marinara. Heat thoroughly and toss with warm pasta. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
