Classic Pizza Sauce

Having lived in Marietta, Ohio during the formative years of Rossi Pasta, I can state unequivocally from experience that John Rossi takes the word excellence to the next level. While I moved 4 hours away from Marietta many years ago, I always found a way to "drop by" to restock my pasta pantry. Of course I do my shopping on line now, but a recent trip to northern Ohio allowed me the opportunity to visit the new store front. In addition to a large pile of pasta, I chose to try some products new to me. Enter Rossi Pasta's Classic Pizza Sauce. Now, I am a from scratch cook and have always made my own pizza crust but I would at times resort to store bought sauce (with lots of tweaking). No tweaking necessary with Rossi's Pizza Sauce. It is superb as is. Rich in tomato flavor and exquisitely seasoned, this sauce is worthy of any purist's pizza.  Wedded with any of the Pizza Crusts, the result will be an extraordinary pizza experience.
