1 package of Rossi Pasta Classic Linguini
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup tamari or soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
4-6 scallions (white and green parts), chopped
1/4 -1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted (optional)
1/4 cup red cabbage, red shredded (optional)
1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced (optional)
1. Mis the first six ingredients (excluding the pasta) in a large bowl while bringing 4 quarts of water to boil.
2. Cook linguini according to package directions, drain and immediately run under cold water until thoroughly cooled. Drain well and toss with dressing .
3. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds, red cabbage, and/or radishes if desired.
