1 package of Rossi Pasta Curry Linguini
1/2 cup butter
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped for garnish
3/4 pound medium shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/2 pound fresh or frozen crabmeat, drained and squeezed dry
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons grated reggiano parmesan cheese
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1. Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic, onion, and parsley. Cook 4 minutes, until onion becomes tender.
2.Stir in shrimp and crabmeat to heat through for about 4 minutes.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and gently boil until the sauce slightly thickens.
4. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions. Toss cooked pasta with sauce and garnish with parsley.
