1 package of Rossi Pasta (your choice of flavor)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 pound butter
24 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 pound fresh jumbo shrimp, butterflied
1 cup fresh chopped parsley
2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon red pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 pint heavy cream
1 small wedge (about 5 oz) parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
2.Drain ( do not rinse) pasta. Cook all other ingredients together and incorporate with pasta.
