1 package of Rossi Pasta Tomato Basil Garlic Fettuccini
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
1 teaspoon dried dill weed or 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
12 teaspoon salt
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse well with cold water and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
2. Whisk together yogurt and dry milk until well blended. Stir cucumber, garlic, lemon zest, dill and salt. Mix pasta with dressing.
