4 cup diced tomatoes, canned or fresh
1/2 cup tomato paste
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons basil
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons all purpose Italian spice
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1. In sauce pot, add all ingredients together and simmer for 1 hour stirring frequently to prevent burning.
2. Serve over your favorite pasta.
