Raspberry and Cream Chocolato


Ingredients:

VANILLA SAUCE

3 Tbsp butter

cup sugar

cup heavy cream

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract



RASPBERRY SAUCE

1/2 pint fresh raspberries

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup water


VANILLA SAUCE DIRECTIONS:

1. Add the first 4 ingredients to a small saucepan, simmer for about 5 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and add, vanilla extract.

3. Cool 20-30 minutes. It will thicken as it cools.



RASPBERRY SAUCE DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat to a simmer.

2. Turn off heat.

3. Strain the sauce with a sieve to remove the seeds.



ASSEMBLY:

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Drizzle raspberry sauce onto plate and top with warm pasta.

3. Pour vanilla sauce over noodles, garnish with raspberries, chocolate, and almonds.

Serves 4
