Roasted Garlic, Goat Cheese & Sun-Dried Tomato Pizza
Ingredients:
1 pkg-Rossi Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
Rossi Pizza Sauce
1 bulb roasted garlic
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
2 ounces Chevre, Capino or Goats Milk Cheese
1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup black olives, sliced
4 sprigs of fresh oregano
DIRECTIONS:
1. Roast the garlic which will take about 45 minutes.
2. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
3. Cut ¼ off top of garlic, slowly drizzle olive oil into garlic bulb to fill with olive oil. Wrap in foil and bake.
4. Follow package directions for preparing Rossi Whole Wheat Pizza Dough.
5. Add additional olive oil to formed pizza pie if you prefer a more golden crispy crust.
6. Spread approx. 1/3-1/2 jar Rossi Pizza sauce evenly over dough.
7. Arrange whole roasted garlic divided into cloves, sun dried tomatoes, black olives and goat cheese.
8. Top with parmesan cheese.
9. Finish with sprigs of fresh oregano cut into 1 inch pieces.
10. Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
