Roasted Garlic and Chicken Pasta


Ingredients:

1 package of Rossi Pasta (your choice of flavor)

1 ½ pound chicken, whole breasts

10 cloves or fresh garlic, rough diced

2 cups alfredo sauce

salt and pepper


DIRECTIONS:

1. Saute garlic in 3-4 tablespoons olive oil until brown. Remove garlic from oil with a slotted spoon.

2. Add the chicken breasts and brown on high heat. Reduce to a low heat and cook for 6-8 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and thinly slice.

3. Heat alfredo sauce in pan. Add chicken breasts and pasta.

4. Toss well and serve.
