Rossi Pasta Gourmet Grilled Pizza Singles
Ingredients:
1 package of Rossi Pasta Pizza Mix Any Flavor
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Your favorite pizza toppings
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat (about 350°).
2. Prepare Rossi Pasta Pizza dough according to package directions. While the dough is rising, prepare all toppings for quick access. Once the dough is placed on the grill, the cooking process will go quickly.
3. Once the dough is ready, divide into four (4) equal balls and thoroughly coat with olive oil to prevent sticking on the grill.
4. Press or roll each ball into a thin oval or circular shape to form an individual pizza. Be sure dough is thin (approximately ¼ or less); heat from the grill causes the dough to rise further.
5. Once the dough singles are pressed or rolled and toppings are positioned near the grill, place the singles directly on the grill.
6. Cover grill and let dough cook for approximately 2-3 minutes. Dough may bubble and expand. Turn dough using a spatula and tongs.
7. Immediately add toppings on the cooked side and allow pizza to cook another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. If you intend to use large amounts of toppings, you may want to sauté them on the grill prior to pizza assembly. For cheese or pepperoni pizzas, no ingredient precooking is necessary.
8. Once cheese is melted, quickly remove pizza from grill and serve.
