Rossi Pasta's Classic Skillet Dish
Ingredients:
1 package of Rossi Pasta (your choice of flavor)
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
freshly grated parmesan cheese
milled black pepper
Optional (select at least two or three, as your tastes dictate):
3 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
juice of approximately half a squeezed lemon
2 tablespoons dried parsley or cilantro
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil and/or 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 ½ teaspoon minced dehydrated garlic
1 tablespoon minced dehydrated onion
1 can drained black beans (or your favorite bean)
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Follow cooking instructions on pasta package, but leave pasta intentionally about 1-2 minutes undercooked ( a hair even under al dente!).
2. Toss and heat the ingredients with the precooked and drained pasta in a skillet or wok. Use low heat and move skillet around vigorously. Taste check pasta for correct doneness, garnish if desired with fresh parsley, and serve..

NOTES AND SUGGESTIONS
Experiment with different combinations of these optional ingredients! (It's not necessary to use them all, but it also wont hurt if you do!). This is a great recipe for learning how each of these flavor enhancers can bring out the taste profile of each of our pastas.
Should you desire a tomato presence, toss in all or part of a 15 oz. can diced tomatoes. A little wine or chicken broth will of course add more liquid should you desire it. Your favorite seafood would also sauté easily in the liquid ingredients. Have fun, and enjoy!
