1 package of Rossi Pasta Artichoke Linguini
2 large fresh tomatoes, chopped (optional)
1 cup artichoke hearts
Bunch of scallions, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoon fresh basil or cilantro chopped
1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari sauce
3 tablespoon limejuice
1 pound cooked shrimp
1. Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse cooked pasta well under cold water. Shake off excess water. Now prepare other ingredients and blend liquids together in a 2 cup container. Incorporate all ingredients together and chill as desired.
