Rossi's Margherita Pizza
Ingredients:
Rossi Pasta Italian Herb Pizza Dough Kit
Extra virgin olive oil
2 basil leaves
10 large spinach leaves
2 large roma tomatoes thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic diced
6 oz fresh mozzarella cut into ¼ inch slices
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix Rossi Pasta Classic Pizza Dough according to package directions without baking. Be sure to pinch dough around edges to make a thick edged crust.
2. Pre-bake dough for 10 minutes.
3. Brush olive oil thinly over dough.
4. Lay mozzarella sliced slightly apart and away form edge of crust.
5. Sprinkle minced garlic all over pizza.
6. Spread tomato slices to cover entire pizza.
7. Sprinkle basil and spinach leave to cover.
8. Bake another 7-10 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
