1 package of Rossi Pasta Southwestern Chipotle Fettuccini-cooked
2 ounce oven roasted corn
2 ounce black beans
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 zucchini grilled, diced
1 large tomato, quartered
2 cups favorite ranch dressing
salt
pepper
1. Add pasta and vegetables to mixing bowl.
2. Toss with ranch dressing.
3. Garnish with fried tortilla strips.
4. Serve chilled.
