Time = Spice
This was fantastic. We tried it with classic spaghetti sauce the first time so we could see how spicy it would be. Nice flavor with dinner not as spicy as I was afraid it might be, the surprise was the leftovers. They were even better, gave the spice from the noodles a chance to infuse into the sauce. We've since had it with alfredo, and again it was great with dinner and even spicier the next day. So patience will get you the full flavor experience with this pasta. We're ordering more!
