Spicy Sausage Linguini
Ingredients:
1 package of Rossi Pasta Linguini (your choice of flavor)
1jar Rossi Pasta Vodka Sauce
3 links Italian sausage
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
fresh chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add water to the pasta pot and begin heating while preparing the sausage and sauce.
2.Slice sausage into 1/8 slices. Heat medium size sauté pan over a high heat then add olive oil. Add sausage and cook quickly, stirring often.
3. Turn heat down to medium and add Vodka Sauce, stirring in sun-dried tomatoes. Add cream slowly to sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes stirring often.
4. Cook pasta and strain then add sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Serve in shallow bowls or soup plates and top with fresh parmesan cheese, chives and parsley.
