Spinach Pizza Dough

Having lived in Marietta, Ohio during the formative years of Rossi Pasta, I can state unequivocally from experience that John Rossi takes the word excellence to the next level. While I moved 4 hours away from Marietta many years ago, I always found a way to "drop by" to restock my pasta pantry. Of course I do my shopping on line now, but a recent trip to northern Ohio allowed me the opportunity to visit the new store front. In addition to a large pile of pasta, I chose to try some products new to me. Enter Rossi Pasta's Pizza Dough. Now, I am a from scratch cook and have always made my own pizza dough.  However, I was intrigued by the ingredient information and decided to give it a try. Much to my dismay, it was even better than my infamous homemade crust!! In fact, it is so delicious that I have been trying to replicate it... not happening. As with all recipes, the specific ingredients are key to their success and Rossi's Pizza Dough has accomplished just that.
