Very Chili Linguini

Recommended Accompaniments:
This is the consummate pasta for Tex-Mex chilis and southwestern soups. Cook al dente and incorporate with your favorite recipes just before serving. (Top with sharp melted cheeses to round out the spice.) For a quick late-night meal, toss with the basic essentials: ground beef, chili beans, squeezed lime and parmesan cheese. Pairs exceptionally well with Mexican beer!
