Pure saffron (the world's most expensive spice), Spanish paprika, and cayenne pepper. A lovely saturated yellow-gold color with a subtle, vaguely sweet flavor. Will brighten any cold pasta salad, or add color to traditional red sauces. Item #118. One 12 oz. package.

Recommended Accompaniments:
Outstanding with all seafood, white wine sauces, and subtle cheeses. Try it with scallops, butter, white wine, tamari and grated Locatelli Romano. Or just lemon and olive oil.
