Rossi's Margherita Pizza

  • 1  pkg Rossi Pasta Italian Herb or Spinach Pizza Dough Kit
  •   extra virgin olive oil
  • 2  basil leaves
  • 10  large spinach leaves
  • 2  large Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 2  cloves diced garlic
  • 6  ounce  fresh mozzarella cut into 1/4 inch slices
Mix Rossi Pasta Pizza Dough Mix according to package directions (without baking). Pinch dough around edges to make a thick edged crust.

Prebake dough for 10 minutes.

Brush olive oil lightly over dough.

Lay mozzarella slices slightly apart and away from edge of crust.

Sprinkle minced garlic all over pizza.

Spread tomato sliced to cover entire pizza.

Lay spinach leaves to cover pizza and place basil leaves at the center.

Bake another 7-10 minutes or until crust is brown and cheese is melted.
