Pizza Verdura Di Rossi

  • 1  pkg Rossi Pasta Italian Herb Pizza Dough
  •   Rossi Pasta Pizza Sauce
  • 2  cup  fresh spinach
  • 1  cup  sliced Roma tomatoes
  • 1  cup  yellow bell peppers
  • 1  cup  Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1  cup  fresh mozzarella
  • 1 1/2  cup  parmesan cheese
Mix Rossi Pasta Italian Herb Pizza Dough according to package directions without baking. Add additional olive oil to formed pizza pie if you prefer a more golden crispy crust.

Spread approximately 1/3 - 1/2 jar of Rossi Pizza Sauce evenly over dough. Apply bed of spinach evenly over sauce. Add 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese over spinach.

Add yellow peppers, Roma tomatoes and Shiitake mushrooms, sliced approximately 1/4 inch thick. Top with remainder of the Parmesan cheese and sliced of the fresh mozzarella.

Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
