Rossi Skillet Lasagna


Ingredients:
  • 1 package   Rossi Pasta Lasagna of your choice
  • 2 jars   Rossi Pasta Sauce of your choice
  • 1   tablespoon  Rossi Pasta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1  teaspoon  Rossi Pasta Italian Herb Seasoning
  • 1  lb  ground meat of choice (beef, Italian sausage, turkey)
  • 4  cup  water
  • 1  cup  mozzarella cheese
  • 16  ounce  cottage or Ricotta cheese

Directions:
1. Prepare the pasta by gently breaking the lasagna sheets into 2 inch sections.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground meat of choice & Italian seasoning and cook thoroughly.

3. Add pasta sauce and 4 cups of water to skillet and bring to a gentle boil. When sauce has begun to boil add broken pieces of lasagna noodles and incorporate the ingredients. Cover with lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until your pasta reaches the desired doneness.
