Fettuccini Roberto


Ingredients:
  • 1 Pkg  Your Choice of Rossi Pasta Fettuccini
  • 1/2   cup  olive oil
  • 1/4  lb  butter
  • 24  cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1  lb  fresh jumbo shrimp, butterflied
  • 1  cup  fresh chopped parsley
  • 2  cup  fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1  cup  chopped green onions
  • 1  tablespoon  red pepper
  • 2   tablespoon  flour
  • 1/2   cup  dry white wine
  • 1  pint  heavy cream
  • 1  small wedge (about 5oz) Parmesan cheese, grated
  •   salt to taste
Directions:
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain ( do not rinse) pasta. Cook all other ingredients together and incorporate with pasta.
