Italian Chili


Ingredients:
  • 1   Pkg of Tomato Basil Garlic Fettuccini
  • 1  medium onion
  • 2   garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2  lb  ground chicken (or sub turkey or beef)
  • 1  tablespoon  chili powder
  • 1  teaspoon  cumin
  • 1 - 32  ounce  can San Marzano tomatoes chopped
  • 1 - 8  ounce  can tomato sauce
  • 1 - 28oz  can vegetarian beans
  • 1 - 14oz  can cannellini beans
Directions:
Saute ground chicken with onion and garlic until cooked. Add chili powder and cumin. Stir well. Add tomatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Add beans and cook for additional 10 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta. Other suggested Rossi Pasta Flavors: Very Chili Linguini or any classic flavor.
