Italian Chili


Ingredients:
  • 1   Pkg of Very Chili Linguini
  • 1  medium onion
  • 2   garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2  lb  ground beef
  • 1  tablespoon  chili powder
  • 1  teaspoon  cumin
  • 1  teaspoon  Rossi Pasta Veggie Spice Seasoning
  • 1  cup  Rossi Pasta Marinara Sauce
  • 1 - 28  ounce  can kidney beans
  • 1 - 14  ounce  can cannellini beans
  • 1  tablespoon  Rossi Pasta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Saute ground beef with onion and garlic in olive oil until cooked. Add chili powder, cumin and veggie pepper. Stir well. Add tomatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Add beans and cook for additional 10 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta. Other suggested Rossi Pasta Flavors: Tomato Basil Garlic or any classic flavor.
