Tomato Basil Garlic Fettuccini with Creamy Cucumber Sauce

  • 1  Pkg of Rossi Pasta Tomato Basil Garlic Fettuccini
  •   Dressing
  • 1/2  cup  nonfat yogurt
  • 2  tablespoon  nonfat dry milk
  • 1  cucumber, peeled, finely chopped
  • 1  garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2  teaspoon  lemon zest, grated
  • 1  teaspoon  dried dill weed or 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2  teaspoon  salt
Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse well with cold water and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Whisk together yogurt and dry milk until well blended. Stir cucumber, garlic, lemon, zest, dill and salt. Mix with pasta.
