Asian Chicken Noodle Soup


Ingredients:
  • 1/2  Pkg Rossi Pasta Asian Noodle Linguini
  • 6  cup  chicken stock
  • 2   cup  water
  • 2  garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4  cup  soy sauce
  • 3  slices fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1  cup  snow peas, sliced
  • 1  carrot, julienned
  • 1/2  cup  peas
  • 1/4  cup  sliced green onion
  • 2  boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, trimmed
  •   cilantro for garnish
Directions:
In a large saucepan, bring chicken stock, water, garlic, soy sauce and ginger root to a simmer. Add chicken breasts, cook until done, about 10-15 minutes. Remove chicken, add pasta, cook gently about 5 minutes. Add the snow peas, carrots and peas and simmer about 5 minutes. Add sliced chicken. Garnish with green onion and cilantro.
