Chipotle Fettuccini with Shrimp, Andouille Sausage & Green Tomatoes

  • 1 Pkg  Rossi Pasta Southwestern Chipotle Fettuccini
  • 1  cup  Andouille sausage, cut into coins
  • 1  cup  shrimp, peeled and cleaned
  • 1  green tomato
  • 1/2  cup  chicken stock
  • 1/2  cup  green onions, chopped
  •   salt & pepper
In a large saute' pan cook sausage until done. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Add shrimp, tomatoes & chicken stock to sausage and cook till shrimp are just done. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Toss sausage-shrimp mixture with pasta. Garnish with green onions.
