Summer Garden Pasta Salad

  • 1 Pkg  Rossi Pasta Artichoke & Roasted Garlic Angel Hair
  • 1   pint  cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small  cucumber, seeded and diced
  • 1 small  orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small  avocado, diced
  • 1 2oz  can, sliced black olives
  • 1/4  cup  Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4  cup  Rossi Pasta Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4   cup  Rossi Pasta Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2  teaspoon  Rossi Pasta Veggie Pepper Seasoning
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool and top with garden vegetables. Wisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and veggie pepper seasoning. Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables and toss until incorporated. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
