Radiatore Beer Mac

  • 1 package   Rossi Pasta Radiatore
  • 1   tablespoon  Rossi Pasta Olive Oil
  • 1   teaspoon  Rossi Pasta Veggie Spice Seasoning
  • 1 13oz package   smoked kielbasa, sliced
  • 2   cup  beer
  • 4   tablespoon  flour
  • 4   cup  cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2   teaspoon  Worcestershire sauce
  • 1   teaspoon  Dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper   to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and saute kielbasa until lightly browned. Remove from pan and reduce to medium heat. Add 2 cups of beer to deglaze pan, scraping bits off bottom of pan, and cook until it bubbles. Add cheese, flour, Worcestershire and mustard and stir until the cheese has melted and is smooth. Add sausage and pasta, stir.
