Garlic Cheese Bombs

  • 1 pkg  Rossi Pasta Classic Pizza Dough Mix
  • 8  ounce  Mozzarella, cubed into 18 pieces
  • 4  tablespoon  butter
  • 2 cloves   garlic, minced
  • 2  tablespoon  fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prepare pizza dough according to package directions. While pizza dough is resting melt the butter over low heat. Add garlic and parsley. Divide the pizza dough into 18 small balls. Flatten each dough round and wrap around one cube of cheese. Place in a baking pan and brush melted butter mixture over top. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
