Shiitake Fettuccine with Sweet Chile-Soy Pork & Sausage

  • 1  Pkg of Rossi Pasta Shiitake Fettuccine
  • 1  each  Pork tenderloin (approx. 12oz.)
  • 1/4  cup  soy sauce
  • 1/4  cup  sweet chili sauce
  • 1  tablespoon  sesame oil
  • 2  cup  asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch lengths
  • 1/2  cup  chicken stock
  • 1  tablespoon  sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2  tablespoon  green onions, chopped
  •   salt and pepper
Place pork tenderloin in 1 gallon zip lock bag, add soy & sweet chile. Seal and shake. Allow to marinate for at least 2 hours. Prepare grill and tenderloin till done medium. Reserve the marinade. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. In large saute' pan, saute' asparagus in sesame oil for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add stock & reserved marinade, bring to boil. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss pasta with asparagus mixture. Slice pork and arrange on top of pasta. Garnish with sesame seeds & green onions.
