Roasted Garlic Chicken Pasta
- 1 Pkg Rossi Pasta Spinach Basil Garlic or Garlic! Fettuccini
- 1 1/2 lb chicken, whole breasts
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Put water on to boil. Heat 2 tablespoons fo oil in pan. Coat chicken breasts with garlic, salt and pepper and saute' over very high heat to just brown the chicken. Reduce the heat to very low and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is done. When cooked, remove and thinly slice. Meanwhile, warm Alfredo sauce. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and toss with chicken and sauce. Serve with toasted bread.
