Classic Italian Sausage Pasta

  • 1  Pkg Rossi Pasta (see recommended flavors below)
  • 8  links of good quality Italian sausage, thinly sliced
  • 2  bell peppers cut into strips
  • 1  onion, cut into strips
  • 2  large portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 3  cloves garlic
  • 1/2   cup  red wine
  • 2 1/2  cup  Rossi Pasta Classic Marinara Sauce
  • 2  tablespoon  extra virgin olive oil
In large saute' pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add sausage, peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat. Add red wine and simmer for 3 minutes. Add marinara. Heat thoroughly and toss with warm pasta. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese. Suggested Pasta Flavors: Spinach Basil Garlic Fettuccini, Italian Spice Linguini, Saffron Linguini or any classic flavor.
