links of good quality Italian sausage, thinly sliced

bell peppers cut into strips

onion, cut into strips
- 2
large portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3
cloves garlic
- 1/2

red wine
- 2 1/2

Rossi Pasta Classic Marinara Sauce
- 2
tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

In large saute' pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add sausage, peppers, onions, garlic and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes on high heat. Add red wine and simmer for 3 minutes. Add marinara. Heat thoroughly and toss with warm pasta. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese.
