Citrus Pasta Salad

  • 1  Pkg Rossi Pasta Roasted Red Bell Pepper Fettuccini
  • 1  green pepper, diced
  • 1  red pepper, diced
  • 1  yellow pepper, diced
  • 5  large roma tomatoes, diced
  • 3  large carrots, sliced thinly
  • 1/4  cup  olive oil
  • 1/2  cup  lemon juice
  • 1/4  cup  lime juice
  • 1/8  cup  balsamic vinegar
Cook pasta according to package directions. Once cooked, rinse in cold water to stop cooking process. Once cooled, mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, over night if possible. Other Suggested Rossi Pasta Flavors: Classic Linguini, Artichoke Linguini and Citrus Rotini
