Rossi Pasta Quick Shrimp & Artichoke Pasta Salad

  • 1  Pkg of Rossi Pasta Artichoke Linguini
  • 2  large fresh tomatoes, chopped (optional)
  • 1  cup  artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1  bunch of scallions, chopped (optional)
  • 2  tablespoon  fresh basil or cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4  cup  soy sauce or tamari sauce
  • 3  tablespoon  wine or balsamic vinegar
  • 3  tablespoon  lime juice
  • 1  lb  cooked shrimp
Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse cooked pasta well under cold water. Shake off excess water. Now prepare other ingredients and blend liquids together in a 2-cup container. Incorporate all ingredients together and chill as desired.
