garlic cloves, minced

soy sauce

slices fresh ginger root, minced
- 1

snow peas, sliced
- 1
carrot, julienned
- 1/2
cup
peas
- 1/4
cup
sliced green onion
- 2
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, trimmed

Directions:

In a large saucepan, bring chicken stock, water, garlic, soy sauce and ginger root to a simmer. Add chicken breasts, cook until done, about 10-15 minutes. Remove chicken, add pasta, cook gently about 5 minutes. Add the snow peas, carrots and peas and simmer about 5 minutes. Add sliced chicken. Garnish with green onion and cilantro.
